Latin text 17:29  Quoniam Tu illuminas lucernam meam, Domine Deus meus, illumina tenebras meas. 17:30a  Quoniam in Te eripiar a tentatione. Deus meus illumina tenebras meas quoniam Tu illuminas lucernam meam, Domine Deus meus, illumina tenebras meas.

English translation 18:28  Thou also shalt light my candle: O Lord my God, make my darkness to be light. 18:29a  For with thee shall I be saved from temptation. My God make my darkness to be light for thou shalt light my candle. O Lord my God, make my darkness to be light.
