Title: Te Deum a 8 voix avec fl. et violons (H.145)
Composer: Marc-Antoine Charpentier
Published: probably first composed 1672
Description: The Te Deum is probably an arrangement made by Charpentier himself in the 1680's of an original dating from 1672 (now lost), and was probably commanded to celebrate the victory of king Louis XIV on the Netherlands. More information is in the preface to the score.
