Hi Richard, and welcome to CPDL. Also, thanks for your editions of Caroline S. Arnold works. I've taken the liberty of doing a little housecleaning to put things in the usual format that we use at CPDL. Mainly, it has been moving things to the right places, and putting your editor information of User:Richard DeMattia (this is your "editor" page), redirecting that page's talk (discussion) page here, and also redirecting User:Rademattia to User:Richard DeMattia. You can put Richard DeMattia in the Editor field of any further works you edit (we like real names, not login nicknames). I'll fix the ones you did already. If there's anything we can help you with, contact me or one of the other Administrators. Best wishes, and thanks again! – Chucktalk Giffen 03:07, 7 July 2014 (UTC)

Thank you Chuck for the assist! I think I am beginning to get the hang of how to use the wiki. I appreciate your rearranging my data entry into the appropriate format. Also in regard to copyright permissions - I have a signed and witnessed statement from Caroline S. Arnold that states that she has asked me to post her music on ChoralWiki. Should I send that PDF to anyone here? She is in her last days and is delighted to see her works made available here to the public.Rademattia (talk) 03:17, 7 July 2014 (UTC)

Hi again, Richard. I'm sorry to hear that Caroline Arnold is in her last days. As long as you have the signed and witnessed statement, we should be in good shape, but it wouldn't hurt to email me a copy, and I'll see that it gets filed appropriately. We are grateful to Caroline Arnold for her generosity in allowing her works to be published here, and we are grateful to you for undertaking the publication of her works here. Please keep me informed (by email is best) of the situation there, and extend my sympathies and best wishes to Caroline Arnold's family. – Chucktalk Giffen 03:37, 7 July 2014 (UTC)
Thanks again Chuck - the beauty of wikiwiki, you found the photograph that is probably the favorite of her family and tied it to the Composer page! I have emailed to your sbc account the permissions statement - I'll keep it around, and you can do the same. In the unlikely event of any questions it should settle the matter. Continuing thanks for your help in getting me started with ChoralWiki. More works are forthcoming. Rademattia (talk) 17:28, 8 July 2014 (UTC)

Richard, welcome to CPDL from me, too. I'm really sorry to hear about the passing of your friend Caroline Arnold. Please accept my condolences and thank you for all you've been doing here on her behalf. —Carlos Email.gif 03:17, 20 August 2014 (UTC)

I am so sorry to learn of the passing of Caroline Arnold yesterday, Richard. You have honored her memory immensely through your taking on the task of making her works available to the public through CPDL. If you would like to write up some material on her life, her work, her passing and the project to make her choral works available here, send it to me, and I would be glad to post it as a news item In memoriam. You have my deepest sympathies at this time.
