Benedictus Dominus Deus Sabaoth.
Benedicti qui pugnant in nomine Domini.
Manus enim Domini fortis
Manus Domini pugnat pro eis,
Manus Domini protegit illos,
Pugnavit Sanson, vicit Sanson;
Pugnavit Gedeon, vicit Gedeon.
Pugnaverunt nostri in nomine Domini,
Pugnavit Dominus pro nobis,
et vicit Dominus inimicos eius:
laetamini et exultate et psallite.

Blessed be the Lord God of Sabaoth.
Blessed be those that fight in the name of the Lord.
For the hand of the Lord is mighty,
The hand of the Lord fights for them.
The hand of the Lord protects them.
Samson fought, Sansom conquered;
Gideon fought, Gideon conquered.
Our men fought in the name of the Lord,
The Lord fought for us,
And the Lord overthrew his enemies:
Let us rejoice and exult and sing praises
