Description: First published in The Worcester Collection, 1786. Words by Nahum Tate and Nicholas Brady, 1698, New Version, paraphrase of Psalm 58, with eleven stanzas. French used the first stanza in his work; none of the other stanzas fit the music and are appropriate.
