Attribution
The "Attribution" only license is the "freest" Creative Commons license, which allows free use and the creation of derivative works (e.g. arrangements).
This is roughly equivalent to the BSD license for software.
Attribution 1.0
Attribution 2.5
Attribution 3.0 Unported
Specific national jurisdictions
Attribution 2.5 Australia
Attribution 3.0 Germany
The "Attribution-Share Alike" license also allows free use, but requires that derivative works are also distributed under the Share-Alike license.
This is roughly equivalent to the GNU General Public license for software.
Specific national jurisdictions
Attribution-Noncommercial
The other licenses either forbid free usage ("Noncommercial") or the creation of derivative works ("No Derivative Works") or both. So "Noncommercial - No Derivative Works" is quite close to "All rights reserved".
Attribution-Noncommercial 3.0 Unported
Attribution-Noncommercial-No Derivative Works 2.0 Generic
Specific national jurisdictions
Attribution-Noncommercial 2.5 Australia
Attribution-Noncommercial-No Derivative Works 2.5 Australia
Attribution-No Derivative Works 2.5 Australia
The Australian Creative Commons licenses are currently at revision 2.5; version 3.0 licenses currently under draft.
