Dilectus meus mihi et ego illi qui pascitur inter lilia.
Donec aspiret dies et inclinentur umbrae, revertere ad me, dilecte veni.
Egrediamur in agrum commoremur in villis.
Mane surgamus, videamus si floruerunt mala punica:
Ibi dabo tibi ubera mea.

English.png English translation

My beloved is mine, and I am his: he feedeth among the lilies.
Until the day break, and the shadows flee away, turn to me, my beloved.
Let us go forth into the field; let us lodge in the villages.
Let us get up early; let us see if the pomegranates bud forth:
there will I give thee my breasts.
