En las pajas de un establo
yace un lirio inmaculado
que por redimir al mundo
se tornó lirio morado.
La carita de este Niño,
chiquitita y agraciada,
luego la hemos de ver
con espinas coronada.
2. Las manitas de este Niño,
rosaditas, bien formadas;
luego las hemos de ver
en la cruz ensangrentadas.
Los piecitos de este Niño,
pequeñitos, bien formados,
luego los hemos de ver
por dos clavos traspasados.
