Born: Smeeton-Westerby, Leicestershire, England. Died: Warnborough Road, Oxford, England. Studied at Kibworth Grammar School. Organist of St. Barnabas’ Church, Oxford, 1879-83. St. John’s College, 1883. Organist to the University of Oxford, 1900.
