NB. There are several minor variants to the tune as given here. One of the most common is to sharpen the C in the first measure of the third and fourth lines. In another, the first two notes of the last measure of the first line are replaced by a single dotted quarter note F sharp. In still other sources, one or both of the D sharps in the last measures of the first and third lines are replaced by D naturals.
