Description: Published in The Responsary, 1795, p. 51, voiced for Treble-Treble-Tenor-Bass. Words by Isaac Watts, 1719, his paraphrase of Psalm 148. In the first part of Bull's composition (mm. 1-16), stanza 1 of Watts' paraphrase is sung, then that part is repeated with stanza 2; the second part (mm. 17-26) sets stanza 3.
