Latin.png Latin text

In illo tempore assumpsit Iesus
duodecim discipulos suos secreto,
et ait illis:
Ecce ascendimus Hierosolimam
et consumabuntur omnia
quæ scripta sunt per prophetas
de Filio hominis.
Tradetur eum gentibus et illudetur,
et flagellabitur et conspuetur.

English.png English translationIn that time:
Jesus took his twelve disciples aside
and said to them:
Behold, we are going up to Jerusalem,
and everything will be fulfilled,
which the prophets have written
about the Son of Man:
he will be handed over to the Gentiles and mocked,
and whipped, and spat upon.
Mark 10:32-34a
