A mode viii {{CC|responsories|responsory}} that occurs twice in the [[Liber usualis]] with the verse "Vigilate…": as the first of the nine {{CC|Tenebrae responsories|responsories for Matins}} of [[Maundy Thursday]], and as the second station of the {{CC|Palm Sunday}} procession. The LU version however omits "fiat voluntas tea."
 
There are discrepancies between the Latin text below and the standard text of the responsory, and between the Latin text below and the translations given below. Capital letters have been used to identify the various portions of the text and illustrate the discrepancies.

General Information

A mode viii responsory that occurs twice in the Liber usualis with the verse "Vigilate…": as the first of the nine responsories for Matins of Maundy Thursday, and as the second station of the Palm Sunday procession. The LU version however omits "fiat voluntas tea."
