This CPDL edition is incomplete, either movements have not yet been edited or accompaniment is omitted. "Incomplete" here does not refer to the original composition; works left unfinished by the composer are categorised elsewhere. |
Luca Marenzio's Motectorum pro festis totius anni is a collection of four-part motets for various feasts of the liturgical year. The first edition was printed at Rome by A. Gardano in 1585, while a second edition was printed at Venice by A. Vincenti in 1588.
