Description: A large collection of Lasso's motets which contains motets not published in Germany before and some new motets as well. It appeared in two volumes, the first volume for motets for 6-10 voices, the second volume for motets for 4-5 voices.
Title: Selectissimae cantiones, qvas vvlgo motetas vocant, partim omnino novae, partim nvsqvam in Germania excvsae ... per excellentissimvm mvsicvm, Orlandum di Lassus.
