Title correct?

From what I know of English, the title should be either "has stolen" or "stole", right? Is this a kind of old spelling? Also, according to respected musicologist Saul B. Groen, the original title was "A beauteous fair has pierc'd my heart" (cf. www.saulbgroen.nl/pdf/e6.pdf, page 23). —Carlos Email.gif 22:25, 12 October 2008 (UTC)
