Spoke with composer

I spoke with Douglas Leedy just now. He confirmed that he did want the Dulces Exuviae score to appear on CPDL under the Creative Commons license. He asked if it would help if he provided a letter, and I said it would help for good measure. I will be sending him a letter for him to sign just so we have written confirmation. The score page can be created even prior. He will think about other choral scores he might want published on CPDL. I will suggest IMSLP if he would like to make instrumental pieces available.
