Resonet in laudibus should not be merged into Joseph, dearest Joseph mine. JdJm, as a later, inferior and rarer form (translation) should be merged into Joseph, lieber Joseph mein. JlJm on the same principle (later, inferior, rarer) should then be subsumed in Resonet in laudibus, although there is a strong argument that the distinctive macaronic German variant be kept separate. Resonet In Laudibus #51393, which stimulated this discussion needs the title to be capitalized in accordance with standard usage of other settings.Cjshawcj (talk) 12:41, 29 September 2018 (UTC)
