I've been busy, and haven't been able to research this definively yet, but I don't know that a composer has been identified. Therefore on this page, where I would usually place the composer (in parentheses), I have placed the original source, which is Day's Psalter.
One could, I suppose, add a category for anonymous composers, but I think providing a source where the CPDL user would expect to see a composer name would have the same effect, and maybe some thought and discussion should occur before we add an anonymous composer category.
