No need to panic. When all else fails, I read the directions. I seem to have missed the step where I was supposed to copy the output of the Add Works Form. So I'll try to find my way back. Eventually it will all seem obvious. [[User:John Hetland|John Hetland]] 20:45, 16 August 2010 (UTC) | No need to panic. When all else fails, I read the directions. Well, I think I'm stuck. I wasn't actually told to copy the output. The instruction was a more wishy-washy "It may be useful to copy this code output to a text file for future reference." So I hope the worthy volunteers at CPDL can finish the job for me. And maybe my next submission will go smoothly. I have hundreds of editions, so I have barely begun. BTW, I can't blame you for confusing me, but I think to call it the "Works Page" plural when it only deals with one work is moderately confusing. I kept thinking it was something related to the composer rather than to the one work I was submitting. [[User:John Hetland|John Hetland]] 21:11, 16 August 2010 (UTC) |

Aaargh! That is absolutely not what I meant to do. I seem to have wiped out the very nice though provisional Walter Lambe page! Can it be restored? I will take a break now from experimentation before I do more damage. John Hetland 16:47, 16 August 2010 (UTC)
- Hi John, welcome to CPDL, and thank you very much for contributing your edition! Don't worry about your edits, these could be easily fixed. Best regards, —Carlos 17:11, 16 August 2010 (UTC)
I don't understand what's meant by a "Works page." I added another Walter Lambe piece and I seem to be at the point where earlier today I wiped out the composer page... John Hetland 20:22, 16 August 2010 (UTC)
