What was so contemptible about the quality of the text, or its author, that the latter doesn't deserve a credit in the score? Authors, as well as composers, have moral rights. It would be good to see a corrected version of the score with the omission rectified. Thanks! C0pernicus 15:23, 16 September 2006 (PDT)
