A list of all works on CPDL suitable for the feast of Ascension.

The Ascension is one of the great feasts in the Christian liturgical calendar, and commemorates the bodily Ascension of Jesus into Heaven. Ascension Day falls on a Thursday, the fortieth day of Easter, but in most countries it may be transfered to the following Sunday. Click here for the rest of the Wikipedia article on Ascension.

A special doxology "Jesu tibi sit gloria, qui victor..." of the Compline hymn Te lucis ante terminum is sung from this day to Pentecost.
