Server upgrade for the Contributor ChoralWiki coming on November 2

On Saturday, November 2, at about 8:00 GMT, the Contributor ChoralWiki site will be moved to a new server which will greatly improve response times for users. Past experience indicates that the propagation of the new DNS entries will take only a few hours (less than 3 or 4), during which time the Contributor site might be available as read-only. There will be no effect on the various Visitor ChoralWiki sites (www0.CPDL.org, www1.CPDL.org, www2.CPDL.org, www3.CPDL.org).

A new "automated" procedure to add new editions to ChoralWiki is available, in addition to the traditional one. See this help page for details. All users are encouraged to test it and provide feedback through the Forums about any problems or suggestions.


Usage: Up to three announcements for the Main Page are supported — simply uncomment (comment) the appropriate box to add (remove) an announcement.
