Caecília exclamávit dícens:
Eja, mílites Chrísti,
abjícite ópera tenebrárum
et induimini arma lucis.
English translation
As dawn was fading into day,
Cecilia cried:
'Arise, soldiers of Christ,
Cast away the works of darkness
