- Editor: Lewis Jones (submitted 2012-02-06). Score information: A4, 2 pages, 29 kB Copyright: Personal
- Edition notes: Edited from facsimile of original print. All text underlay is editorial, there being none marked in the facsimile - the music is being marked as also suitable for use with the hymn Veni Creator Spiritus. Down a fourth according to chiavette. I have laid out the hymn with the falsobordone applied to the even verses, though this is not prescriptive.

Latin text
1. Lucis creator optime,
lucem die rum proferens,
primordiis lucis novae,
mundi parans originem.
2. Qui mane junctum vesperi,
diem vocari praecipis,
illabitur tetrum chaos,
audi preces cum fletibus.
3. Ne mens gravata crimine,
vitae sit exsul munere,
dum nil perenne cogitat,
seseque culpis illigat.
4.Caeleste pulset ostium,
vitale tollat praemium,
vitemus omne noxium,
purgemus omne pessimum.
5.Praesta Pater piis sime,
patrique compar unice,
cum Spiritu paraclito,
regnans per omne saeculum.
