O Lord, Thou art my God;
I will exalt you, I will praise Thy name;
Thy counsels of old are faithfulness and truth.
Thou hast done wonderful things,
Thy counsels of old are truth.
For Thou hast been a strength to the poor and needy in his distress.
O Lord, Thou art my God
and I will praise Thy name.

For our heart shall rejoice in him,
because we have trusted in his holy name.
Let thy mercy, O Lord, be upon us
according as we hope in thee.

He will swallow up death in victory;
and the Lord God will wipe tears from off all faces;
the rebuke of his people shall he take away from off all the earth
for the Lord hath spoken it.

For this mortal must put on immortality.
Awake to righteousness, awake and sin not;
for some have not the knowledge of God:
they that put their trust in him shall understand the truth.
For this mortal must put on immortality.
Awake to righteousness, awake and sin not;
We shall not all sleep but we shall all be changed
in a moment, in a twinkling of an eye,
at the last trumpet.

And in that day it shall be said:
This is our God, we have waited for him
and he will save us.
This is the Lord and he will save us:
we will be glad, we will rejoice in his salvation.
