It appears that what IMSLP lists as "O salutaris hostia no. 2" (https://imslp.org/wiki/O_Salutaris_Hostia_No.2_in_E-flat_major_(Elgar%2C_Edward)) is this edition. This is clearly the 1898 Tozer's Benediction Manual Cary version, except it is clearly accompanied, which is corroborated by the IMSLP edition.
