The British Library has made available a facsimile of the Mulliner Book, [1] With some modernization of spelling, this is the text in that source.

Mulliner (source)

Reioice in the Lorde allwayes and again I say rejoice.
Let your softness be known unto all men for the Lord is even at hand
Be not carefull
But in all thinges let your petitions and prayer and supplications
with giving of thanks be knowne before God.
And the peace of God which passeth all understanding
Kepe your hartes and mindes in Christ Jesu our Lord.
(Amen.)

Some versions of Rejoice in the Lord fit the notes in the Mulliner Book to the words of the 1549 Book of Common Prayer. Those words are provided in a separate version on the Texts and Translations page. Nigel Williams (talk) 19:36, 26 April 2018 (UTC)
