I've recently acquired scans of a much higher quality, so I may want to go back and re-edit some of my first transcriptions now that the text is no longer quite so fuzzy.

Current projects:

  • I'm attempting to transcribe the entirety of Arcadelt's first book of madrigals for 4 voices. I've recently acquired scans of a much higher quality than I had previously, so I may decide to go back and re-edit some of my first transcriptions now that the text is no longer quite so fuzzy.
  • I've recently started on a project to provide detailed publication listings for major Renaissance composers. I'm currently working my way through Orlando di Lasso's published works. Cipriano de Rore is next. Things would be so much easier if RISM A/I would go the way of A/II and publish its database online...
