Latin text Vovete, et reddite Domino Deo vestro: omnes in circuitu ejus affertis munera: terribili, et ei qui aufert spiritum principum: terribili apud omnes reges terrae.

English translation Make good your promises to the Lord your God; all you who gather around him with gifts, around him who is to be feared, who taketh away the life of princes, who puts fear into all the kings of the earth
