Italian text Se tra verdi arbuscelli O lung'à fresca riva Di limpidi ruscelli Vienmi a ferir nel viso L'aura di Paradiso Amor sovvienm'il giorno Che spirò la dolcissima mia Diva L'aura al mio cor intorno Per cui se tutto avvampo E l'aura e il foco Mi fia gradito in ogni tempo e loco.

English translation If among green trees or at a fresh place near a limpid river a soft breeze touches my face, then I remember that day when my beloved gave me for which if now I burn, I enjoy everytime and everywhere either wind or fire. Translation by Andrea Friggi
